Campus Ministry
The staff of St. Thomas More University Parish welcomes you, and invites you to become an active member of our faith community.
We are a Catholic parish of the Diocese of Greensburg, charged with the unique and exciting mission to serve all who are a part of the Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) community.
Part of our mission as a University Parish is to provide opportunities to all associated with IUP. We are a vibrant, diverse and faith-filled Catholic community.
Along with liturgy and sacramental life, we offer programs, ministries and opportunities for growth in knowledge and understanding of the Catholic faith.

Get Involved
We offer a variety of opportunities to help IUP students grow in the Catholic faith, and learn more about fostering healthier and deeply rooted relationships with God and neighbor.

Liturgical Ministries
IUP students are invited to participate in our various liturgical ministries. In order to share your gifts and talents with our parish community, please consider serving as one of the following:
- Altar server
- Cantor
- Choir member or instrumentalist
- Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion
- Greeter
- Reader
- Sacristan
- Usher
Faith Formation Programs
- Assistants for Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (Ages 3-12)
- Junior & Senior High Youth Ministry
- Sacramental Preparation for Children
- Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
